Vacancy Filler launches its latest developments at the CIPD ACE 2013

Following on from the success of the CIPD RecEx in June and the Onrec annual conference in September, Vacancy Filler was thrilled to exhibit at the CIPD Annual Conference and Exhibition at Manchester central on 6th and 7th November.

The annual conference is great for touching base with our existing clients, as well as showcasing our latest innovations to the wider HR community. Vacancy Filler launched a number of new developments this November which will further increase the return on investment for its clients organisations wishing to take a more ‘in-house’ approach to recruitment.

These include a self-service Events Module, whereby candidates book, as well as edit their own interview slots and the Checklist Assessment Form, designed specifically for Vacancy Filler’s public sector clients to keep them compliant, by allowing hiring managers to score candidates against a person specification.

While Vacancy Filler’s software significantly reduces business’ dependency on agencies and the commensurate savings that go with it, the new Agency Management module will seamlessly integrate candidates that your preferred suppliers put forward into the process, so that all stakeholders operate on the same platform, streamlining and improving the relationship organisations have with any third party suppliers.

The conference talks at the Annual Conference & Exhibition are full of insights on the latest goings on in the HR industry and always help us learn, as well as reinforce what the HR community believe is important in recruitment. It’s great to know our product and people are serving the needs of the industry, as confirmed by our special interview guest Susannah Clements, Deputy Chief Executive of the CIPD.
